I am starting tomorrow! I have the groceries ready!! Technically I am starting tonight at dinner but tomorrow will be my first full day. I will be relying on the boards a lot for support!! Good luck!

I was going to start Induction today but I had to re-work my menu....and re-read alot of the book so that I do it right. I don't want to screw up the induction part so I am being a little obsessive.

Anyway, I am starting tomorrow and think it would be great if we kept each other motivated. I am 181 lbs and my first goal is 161 My final goal weight is around 125. I am 5'3" and am apple shaped. I am trying to get my friend to start with me but haven't had much luck yet.
