Here is the list of foods allowed during Induction:
As a teacher, this time of year is hard. Two words....spring parties. My sixth grade class asked for a spring party and I happily obliged them. Today I was faced with.

You should eat 3 cups of vegetables daily -- maximum 1 cup of vegetables from the "Other Vegetables" list and the rest from the "Salad Vegetables" list.

Here are the rules of Induction:
Hello, and happy Friday to you all in Low Carb Land. I tried to get away with it, but I just can't do it anymore. I thought I'd do my own modified induction, and I.

And you should also read the book -- DANDR 2002.

Read the book. It will motivate and educate you and is a handy reference for just about any thing you might need to ask. No one says this to sell the book. We say it because it really is the best way to follow this WOE. Also look at the Rules of Induction thread. It lists all allowed foods.

It's not about the results. Its about the process.
