Okay, so I haven't lost or gained in the past 3 days. Today is the first day of my monthly cycle so that would explain the puffiness I'm fighting with and the plateau, maybe. Still sticking to the food list. today, Sausage for breakfst, pot roast and alot of steamed cabbage for lunch and dinner is a mystery at the moment. Getting lots of water in. Still focused!! Anybody else have trouble with this monthly ordeal?
