Wow!!! Fantastic! Can you let the rest of us just starting induction know what you've been doing and eating for the last two weeks? 23lbs is fantastic. Wish I could lose that much so quickly!!

I really haven't been eating anything out of the ordinary. For breakfast, I stuck with the good old egg omelet (made with 2 eggs) and I would usually throw in a few peppers and mushrooms and some cheese. Lunch usually consisted of a large salad (to get my 2 cups of salad veggies in) with parmesan-coated chicken on top, with carb controlled caesar dressing on top (annie's naturals dressings are really great, organic and no added sugar). Dinner was also usually some kind of meat and 3/4 cup of the 'other' veggies.

And, lots and lots of water! I rarely snacked but when I did, the mozarella stick was my best friend!
