7 days in..

I have been on atkins before in 2006 and in 10 1/2 months i lost 100 lbs. however i havent been on it a while and from my wedding cake to eating with my wifes pregnancy cravings since then, i gained 60 of it back. i just couldnt believe it...

Now im on it again and so happy there is a website now for support...

wish my luck cause i already got the induction headaches, foggyness irratablility, fatigue, and everything that comes with it.
