Good morning! I had a feeling I had lost a little weight but not much. I just feel so fat lately. I am not tired or irritable, but I just feel like I'm eating ALL THE TIME. My biggest side effects were on days 2 and 3....horrible headache and sleepy. I've been taking my vitamins and eating an Omega 3-6-9 (for fish oil) every morning. I've been getting alot of water in even though I don't really like it. I have been taking a 3 mile walk twice a week for a few weeks now, and I'm not into exercise anymore but I know I can do this. My only cheat is that I bought some Atkins Advantage Chocolate caramel bars. I've eaten two of them in four days. I had half one day and half the next, which was enough for me. The only thing I really crave is sweetened tea. I DO miss that. Anyway, stepped on the scale this morning....In 8 days, I have lost 11 pounds!!! WOW!!! I don't really feel it, and I've been wearing size 20 so long that I'm not feeling a difference in my clothes yet....but WOW!!!
I'm so glad my cousin suggested I try this diet. I feel good and the scale is moving. I know it will slow down now. I mean I'm sure most of this is water weight. But still....very happy newbie here!!!

Congrats on losing the 11 poundsl. Trust me, you will be seeing the amazing results in your clothes and other things in your life. Keep up the awesome work....and I 2nd that hugging your cousin---they shared a life changing experience with you!
