Well, I made it threw day one!! No carbs is hard for me, I'm addicted! lol
I am already wondering what to eat today, my biggest problem when dieting is what to eat. I end up eating the same thing everyday and that is how the diet ends, I get sick of it. I really want to work hard at this one. Can someone give me a few suggestions of things to eat during the first 2 weeks. Also is it ok to drink V8 instead of eating so many veggies?
