    Hello every one
    today is my first day in the induciton phase. I would like to ask if Minestrone soup without patato and macroni is ok in this phase or not

    Well, it depends what else you are adding in it. If you add only "legal" ingredients, then it is allowed.

    Here is the list of foods acceptable during Induction:

      Thank you very much here is what i added
      1.Zucchini
      2.Onion
      3.Tomato
      4.carrot
      5.Turkey chili
      6.chicken stock

      Is that ok for this phase

        You didn't check the list I gave you. Otherwise you would have seen that carrots are not on it. If you don't know the list by heart, always check the ingredients.

        Check also the ingredients in the chicken stock.

        Oh, and read the book -- DANDR 2002.

            Well, if you already ate it, then just move on and finish the Induction. Don't eat it again though. You want your Induction to be as "clean" (i.e. by the book) as possible, so that you can determine your degree of metabolic resistance after the first two weeks.
