  • Uk newbie - help!!!!

I have just completed my first week of induction and I've only lost 2lbs! I have 76lbs to lose so I would have thought I would lose more in my first week!?!?

Here is an example menu day, can someone adivse as to where I'm going wrong?

    BREAKFAST - 2 x Babybels. 2 Eggs.
LUNCH - rocket salad, pork scratchings, 3 frankfurters.
TEA - 5 frankfurters, 2 eggs, cream, cheese, mushroom.

I'm also frinking between 2 and 3 litres of water a day.

Any help would really be appreciated as I want to lose 48lbs by Spetember and I'm worrying that I'm not going to do it.

You are eating way to many processed foods. Eight frankfurters and pork rinds have a lot of sodium, which will make you retain water.

Are you eating 3 cups of vegetables per day?

Thank you, after looking at my daily diary, I thought my processed foods were too high.

I have to have SOME sort of schedule, some sort of target, we're not all a lovely size 10 with not a lot to lose unfortunately! LOL! Althought hopefully I will be by my wedding next July.

Georgiana is right, to many processed foods. Are you eating your veggies as well? I tend to use fitday.com to plan my meals and watch my ratios.
