FUZE low carb

Has anyone tried athe FUZE low carb drinks? Amazing taste. 1 gr of carb less than 1gr sugar all natural juice. Think its Atkins legal?

I'm not sure, did you check the ingredients? Does it contain something like fruit juice concentrate?

It does have juice concentrates, but it's only 1% fruit juice. It's mainly water with the juice to flavor and sucralose is the sweetner. It tastes soooo good, just hoping it's not too good to be true!! I'm down another half pound this morning for a total of 9 pounds and it is day 13 of induction! Hopefully with the help and advice I'm getting here, I'll make more progress on Atkins than before.

For me, it was better to drink only water for the duration of induction. There's nothing else the body needs more than pure plain water. I was a CocaCola addict and I mean, ADDICT....so I wouldn't want to put in all the work and not see the best results possible. I'd be careful about that drink. When I minimize the less than 1 gram, less than 1%...of anything "bad" I find it easier and easier to allow illegal things to creep into my foods and drinks. Just think about it. If it has any negative effect whatsoever, it's sooo not worth it.

As one moderator used to say : If it ain't on the list, it don't cross my lips.

It doesn't matter if it has 0.5 net carbs. If the ingredients aren't legal for Induction, the product isn't legal period.

After induction it's ok. I've had the "Slenderize" punch and the green teas--tasty!

Actually, it's only okay during the OWL Rung of the fruits whose juice is in it.
