Same old story here. Yo-yo dieter. I have gained back 15 pounds in the last year and nothing fits. I need a jumpstart and to kick this stupid sugar addiction. I am starting induction now. I go to Thailand for a beach holiday in 13 days and hope to drop 5-10 pounds on induction and eat salads and fresh fish and meats while I am there, staying on phase 2.

Any fast weight loss tips for induction?

If you eat healthy, cut carbs, follow the rules, drink water, exercise, you will lose. How fast? who is to tell? Atkins is not a diet for fast loss it is a diet for life. Depending on how much you have to lose anything is possible though. What are you looking to lose?
But there are no ways to make it faster. Just follow it. Good luck.

I agree with Liv, Atkins isn't a quick fix. It, like any other legitimate weight loss program, is a lifestyle change.

So if you're doing Atkins with the idea you'll lose fast and you can go back to the eating and lifestyle habits that made you gain 15 pounds, you probably won't be successful long-term and will be looking for another "quick fix" next year when you regain those pounds you've lost.

Do your health a favor and stop the yo-yo dieting. It's not good for your body nor your metabolism.
