im just alittle discouraged cause i havent lost any weight, im soo tired, and i just got off amitriptyline.. Im just stressed. I dont even have enough energy to excercise. Any advice. CAn you send me a strick menu i can follow. Just give me three days of what i should eat and help me please. Im begging for some help. And ill follow it and i go to the doc tommorrow to see about getting on wellbutrin since i feel i gained cause of amitriptyline. Any advice?

You can get ideas from the review my menu thread (the ones that are reviewed well of course!) and all the food threads. I LOVE linda's low carb page, but don't try anything fancy just stick to basics for a few days and use fitday to enter your foods. Get the hang of what the correct %'s look like on your plate. And don't feel bad if you feel you're not losing.
I've been stuck at 8-10lbs loss for 4 days and i'm still in my first 2 weeks. I've been doing everything right with only 1 day where I may have abused my splenda and had a little more than I should have. Everyone's body works differently, don't compare yourself to other's success even though its hard not to when you're feeling down. You're doing something good for your body, that is most important when it comes down to it! I've been putting off working out for the last 3-4 days because of a knee injury, and I haven't lost since, even though i'm eating perfectly. Coincidence? Nope! *runs to the gym!*F/24/5'10"

Make sure you do not go off meds without consulting your doctor first.
Have you gotten the book yet? There is a list of allowed items in there.

I sent you a pm with some of the menus I used on induction, Ashley.
If they have ingredients you don't ike or have, see if you can use similar ones to formulate your own preferred menus.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
