Are we allowed to have these during induction? They say for 4 wings it is 1 carb. No sugar.

I don't have this particualr item in my freezer and before I can tell you it is OK to have it I would like you to please list the ingredients on the bag. I am a little shakey with the 1 carb if they are just "chicken" there should be no carbs..sounds like there might be something hiding..can you post the ingredients!! Thanks!!Valerie - f 4' 11"

Also, wheat flour. Big no no. When in doubt, read the label, and check it against the acceptable food list. It's really easy to make your own Buffalo wings. Bake or deep fry your wings, then toss them in a mixture of hot sauce and butter. Some people will baste their wings with the sauce while they're baking. Simple and yummy!

WOW bummer cause I ate 16 of them tonight for dinner. They are SMALL. Think that will mess up my weight loss for the week? I won't eat them anymore.Originally posted by IsabeauAlso, wheat flour. I haven't found one brand of the ready-made wings that don't have something bad in the ingredients. You can get those frozen bags of just the divided wings (no sauce) and put the sauce on from there to save some time.
I made hot wings tonight and made freezer containers of them so I can take them out for an easy dinner after work some time.Female

You dont need to 'start over' - just make sure you eat nothing before being certain that is contains nothing not on the Acceptable food list from now on.
So read labels before cooking/eating anything with coatings or that isnt plainly 'whole unprocessed food'.
Treat it as a steep learning curve and you will get the hang of it soon :hugWondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Always, always read the ingredients. The carb count may be low, but you also have to check the ingredients to make sure the ingredients are okay for your phase of Atkins.

Yes, everyone's body is different. When you move onto OWL and begin to add foods and carbs, you'll see how different your body is. I can't eat cantaloupe because I get severe cravings (but watermelon doesn't have that effect). I can only eat one brand of ricotta cheese because the other brands stop my weight loss. We have ADBBers who get cravings from broccoli or celery. Some ADBBers can't eat the low carb bread products because they stop their weight loss, etc.Originally posted by dawnlea1979wow thats weird i eat these all the time but only like 6 of them with a small salad or veggies iu never knew it was bad cause i never had a prob with stalling or anything i guess everyones body is different?
OWL is the time for you to experiment. Induction isn't. Induction is to get your body into the fat burning mode and to see how metabolically resistant to weight loss you are. Once you know these things and move onto OWL, then you can experiment to see how different foods affect your body/weight loss and weight maintenance.

At least if you do feel you could be losing faster you know one item you could try not eating to see what happens!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
