So I just started up a Fitday account (nice and easy way to keep track of my foods,) and I'm coming up with a 70%/28%/2% ratio. Is that ok or should I be looking for a way to cut out fats? Or should I just assume that Fitday might inflate fat values?

Re: Fat/Protein/Carb Ratios
no, I wouldn't say you need to cut fats. We go for 65/30/5 but if you are going to be a little high in something fat isn't a bad thing to be a little high in. It is the ratio of high fat to low carb that is putting you in ketosis. You likely won't hit 70 percent every day. I am editing after checking your other post, I see you are eating your veggies, just mainly salad veggies which is putting your carb count so very low. That is quite legal per induction rules. You know of course that you have some leeway to have some slightly carbier veggies like broccoli, greens.. but if salad is what trips your trigger go for it.
