The first time I did atkins I cheated alot. This time I have not cheated yet. I have been able to maintain dark purple ketostix so far. I don't think I am dropping as much as quick becasue I am exercising this time. I do 45 minutes on treadmill everyday and gazelle 30 minutes everyother day as well. I just started the gazelle when I started atkins. Last time I did atkins I dropped off on weight loss after the first two weeks In total I lsot 26 ponds in a little short of 2 months but was cheating too. If I continue to stay on induction for an extension and don't cheat will that help. Is this slow down similar to plateau?? 6 pound loss Thursday will be two weeks but the first three days I did not lose but dropped in %body fat so I guess I had muscle gain.

Re: What is average weight loss after first 2 weeks?
Average loss in the first two weeks is 5% to 10% of the desired amount.
If you have 60 pounds to lose, you could expect to lose 6 pounds (or more, or less) in the first two weeks....but everyone is different.
A note about the ketostix...the lightness or darkness of the stix has more to do with the level of water in your body than the amount of ketones you are eliminating, so don't get hung up on whether the stix are light or dark. It's like being pregnant, you are or you aren't. No colour, no ketosis: any colour, from trace, to dark purple, you are in ketosis.
Many people who have a considerable amount of weight to lose choose to stay on Induction for a longer time, so that's fine. When you are within 15 pounds or so of goal you want to be progressing through OWL and the other stages.
The weight slow down is normal, and you might find this helpful:
You may not be dropping weight as quick because of the exercise (and good for you on the exercise!!!) and also because this is your second try at Atkins.
Take some time to read the 'stickys' in this forum and in any other forum you visit...they are full of great helpful info. :yes
Also, if you could take a moment and post some of your stats in your signature line (Click on Profile, and you'll find your signature line) it can be really helpful for us when it comes to answering your questions.
age, height, gender, start weight/current weight/goal weight..like I have in mine down below.

I am male, 31 years old, 5'9" and I started Atkins weighing in at 193 lbs. I figure my goal is 175 lbs. After 2 weeks on Atkins I dropped 11 pounds, but I don't know if these results are typical or not. I tried to eat around 11 carbs a day when possible, but occasionally got up to 18-20 carbs a day.
Oh yeah, No exercise. After day 14 i started exercise and now i am still losing wieght.

It all really seems to depend on who you are and how your body handles Atkins when it comes to how fast you'll lose the weight.
My DH went on induction with me. He started at 204 lbs. By the end of the first week, he was down into the 180's. By the end of week 2, he was down in the high 170's. He's going to be eating more carbs since for him, this is underweight. He's 6'3" and feels most comfortable around 185 lbs.
We were eating around 20 carbs/day.
So...your mileage may vary. Just keep on keepin' on :yes
