  • i really need some.....

    breakfast ideas that dont feature bacon and eggs!!! Im on day 3 of induction and i dont fancy it again tomorrow.............

    Any ideas ??

    Left overs.

    Last night's dinner, yesterday's lunch, whatever sounds good. The great thing about this way of eating it you don't have to stick to the "norm" of breakfast foods. As the age old saying goes...think "outside the box".

    I personally go from eating eggs for breakfast to avoid the whole breakfast meal until lunch time (and back again) when I actually feel like eating and then proceed to do that with left overs or small plate of fresh veggies with cheese and meats...dine like a princess. Taco salads, grilled chicken, steak and veggies...etc.

    I know that's probably not much help, but the whole idea of eating bacon/sausage for breakfast every day gets really old to me.
