It's been a long time since I read Dr. Atkins book. Is there a change during induction after day 3, or does everything pretty much stay the same untill day 14?

No change after day 3. The inductions rules are the same for the whole 14 days.
On various boards you can find information specific to each phase, and the FAQ section is a treasure trove of info, while you try to unearth your old copy of the book or hit up Amazon.com for a new one! -
