    I've included my Fitday in my signature. I added sausage to the list, but haven't eaten any yet. My numbers are high in Fitday 77% fats. Is that ok? %. Almost forgot. you have to look at tomorrows date. I am working night shift, so my meals are for tomorrow.

    You should be eating 3 cups of vegetables -- maximum 1 cup from the "Other Vegetables" list and the rest from the "Salad Vegetables" list. I only see two cups of mixed salad greens in your menu.

    Also, most of your net carbs should come from vegetables. This is not happening at the moment, so you'll have to work on that.

    As for the percentages, I wouldn't worry too much. Some days you'll have 75% fat, some days you'll only have 60%. It's impossible to make a perfect 65-5-30 every day. If you are hungry, you can add a protein snack later.
