I watched Supersize Me this weekend. Have you all seen it? This relatively healthy gut eats nothing but McD's for 30 days while tracking his cholesterol, etc.
I liked it a lot. It definetly proved how unhealthy a person eating all fast food can be.
I thought it was inspiring. Just thinking how healthy a person can be for NOT eating all fast food.
Anyway, if you haven't seen it, its pretty good.
