    Bread?

Is any bread allowed during induction. Considering most bread had 15-25 carbs I would think no..

No!!!! I'm 3 months in and don't know if I'll ever see bread again. If it passes my lips, it'll go to my hips!! I know (as a former LOVER of bread) it's tough to give up but it is sooooooo required.

        Re: Bread?

There is a recipe for 'revolution rolls' which is made from eggs and mayo or cream cheese that makes a sort of bread or roll. It is a bit flimsy but I find if I toast it I can use it for sandwiches and burgers.

If we decide to go for an 'all day breakfast' I take a couple of slices with me so I can have my bacon sarnie!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
