:sarcasm
So I only lost two lbs this week. It's my fault. A friend flew into town and I had to take him to Ethiopian food because that's the famous ethnic food here. For those who don't know, it's mostly lentils and grains and you have to eat everything with Injera (a spongy bread made of teff flour and white flour). I also cheated yesterday with the pastry tray at work.
So now I have to start over, as it were. Which is fine. I didn't really intend on leaving induction anytime soon... unless i was just completely and utterly bored.
SO HERE'S THE QUESTION---> If induction is supposed to be clean, like the book says -why is it that the official website has all these yummy recipies in induction, that calls for "frakenfoods" like lowcarb tortillas and atkins breadmix and such. Have they revised the book lately? I don't keep up with these things. I just have the 02 copy....
(Btw, why use atkins breadmix when you can buy soy flour for so much less?)
