Salad Question?

Hi Everyone! im brand new... i would like to know WHAT to put on my Salad during Induction?
sorry - but i meant for DRESSING... what do you put on Salad?

Well, you can put anything that is on the list of foods acceptable during Induction. Here's the list:

Anything that is sugar free! Read the labels, there are some out there. You can always make your own too.
