    So YAY!

    I lost my first 6lbs! 120lbs here I come!

You can take a look at my FitDay to see what I've been eating. I can't find a way to add the Atkins Bars but I've had 1 a day for the last 4 days. I started eating them (I origionaly wasn't going to) because I wasn't eating enough calories and I was afraid that my weight loss would stop and I'd go into 'starvation mode'. Seems to help my concentration too!

Anyone else have any great news about their Induction weight loss?

        Great job Neslundcori!

I started Mon 23rd and have lost 7 pounds doing a clean induction! I never lost anything with low fat diets so I must be doing something right!

          Good for you!!

I lost 18 pounds on induction. Still losing but can't check this week because of the "NO WEIGH" challenge. I'm excited for april 4th to come! I have about 45 more pounds to lose. The end actually seems possible this time.

                Congratulations!

I'm on Day 13 and I've also lost about 6 pounds!

Question for those of you in Induction/OWL: I have been tracking my diet on The Daily Plate and even though I am full from my meals and snacks, I am apparently eating WAY fewer calories than I need for each day (to the tune of 700-800 before exercise).

Has anyone experienced this? I don't feel hungry and have a great Induction-friendly meal plan that I follow.

Congrats on your loss- great start!

I'm on day 13 of a squeaky clean induction and have lost 12 lbs (from 240-228 ). I intend to do extended induction for as long as I can handle it and feel this great.

I am in the No Weigh challenge, so I won't be weighing again until April 4. It's been hard these past two days not getting the morning "confirmation" but it's also been refreshing not getting the evening "frustration" if you know what I mean...

Oh my gosh yes! This is exactly what is happening to me! I've eatin less then 1000 calories a day except for one day I think.

I think it's cause there isn't enough variety that makes me want to eat. It's just so boring.

I also started on March 23rd and lost 5 lbs in 6 days! I was feeling like I was losing weight the first week, but this week I FEEL like I'm gaining. I can't check because I'm also doing the "no weigh challenge", but I hope my feelings are false and when I go up on the scale on the 4th I'll be pleasantly surprised.

I FINALLY started using Fitday today, it's a lifesaver. I can finally calculate my daily dietary intakes accurately now instead of doing them in my head and second guessing myself.

The no-way challenge is a week-long, no weighing challenging. I just found it in the main forum and signed up. I also just signed up for a Squats challenge in the exercise challenge forum!
