I'm so bummed! This morning I don't have the taste in my mouth or the thirst, and my ketostix did not turn -- oh, and I gained a pound. I can't figure out what I've done wrong!
Here's what I ate yesterday:
2 eggs w/butter
4 slices bacon
pork rinds
roast beef & gouda wrapped in lettuce leaves w/mustard
2 mozzarella cheese sticks
ground beef
1/2 avocado
2 tbsp sour cream
sprinkling of cheddar cheese
1 cup zucchini
plenty of water
And the day before (Sat):
2 eggs
ground beef
cheddar cheese
turkey burger
3 avocado slices
bacon
mayo
2 mozzarella cheese sticks
1 lb shrimp
creamy dressing
1 cup zucchini
Actually, on Sat I worked, and when I got home from work I was so exhausted that I took a 2 hour nap. This is how I seem to feel most days now. Dinner (shrimp) was after that nap.
