how long until ketosis?

hello everyone i am new here and this is my 2nd day! my question was if i am doing the diet to a T, how long until you go into ketosis? i did the diet 3 yrs ago and lost 50 lbs in 5 months. i am back on after having a child and excited to shed the weight! i have the strips, but i forget how long it takes to "cleanse" the system into ketosis...thank you!

i think by the end of day 3 you can be in it

I would say by tommorrow you will be in ketosis, as normally after 3 days i think

It took me 3 days to go into ketosis, I knew that I was because I started feeling nausious but I was happy about it because I knew that meant my body had switched to a fat burning metabolism - the way it should be!
