  • March 16th'rs

If you've had a clean induction this is the last day of the rest of your life.

I've decided to continue with an extended induction as I have a lot of weight to lose, and I'm not unhappy with the eating plan. Today presents my first challenge as well in my new eating habits. Today and tomorrow are 2 of the busiest days at my work. As such my boss brought in donuts and bagels and decided to buy us lunch today and tomorrow. Despite this I feel no compulsion to eat any of it.

Hi! I started on March 19th, so this is day 12 for me. I plan on continuing to extended induction, as well. Good job resisting temptation. Overtime, I'm sure it will be even easier to say no! I've enjoyed induction and look forward to more weight loss! Good luck!

Congrats to both of you for no cheating! Once you get your mind in the right place it's really easy to keep on plan. I weighed and ended my induction 2 days early (on Saturday) because I joined the weigh/no weigh challenge and promised to stay off the scales from yesterday (Sunday) until Saturday. I was down 5 pounds on my re-induction so I'm thrilled with my results!
