Hello guys here iam restarting atkins with my own without my doctor .. it has been along time since i do atkins like arround 4 yrs ago .. big time huh !!
anyway now im restaring my atkins alone .. and the problem that i forgoten most of the diet aspects .... so please do guide me again to right path ... im confusing im lost !!!!! i dont know if im doing right the atkins OR im just doing a low carb diet that far away from atkins guide lines!!!???
Here are my questions please please ... give me some hints ... iam doing right??? are they okay the things im doing?? what shell i do instead???
first my goal is to lose 44 pound .. im 176 lbs now and i want to be 132lbs so till when shell i continue doing the induction?? for the best result?? in an other way .. ( note because i want only 44 pound to lose)
1- how long should i safley do the first phase .. with 20 gram of carb??
2- i'm allowed to use honey?? in the morning because my favorite breakfats if 2-3 tsp of honey over a heavy cream ( well i know heavy cream i allowed but im not sure about the honey)
3- i'm allowed to use milk ? for my mocha coffee?? puls natural brown suger not refiend suger ... if Not what suger type fits into Atkins ???
4- Is it okay to use whole grain brown crunchy slices i use 4 silce and 8 slice contains 40 grams of carb .. i use 4 slice which means only 20 gram
5- Can i have dark chocolate for dessert?? like dark chocolate bars with 80% pure coca??
6- What vitamines supplemnts i should take during atkins?? im using now chromium picolinate 200 mcg because they told me its good for fat burning .. what do u think anyone got an idea about it and is it fine to use it with atkins???
7- The workout part ... i have bought a couple of Jillian Michaels DVDs and start exercising with her for 40 minutes usually she is doing Aerobics workout .. so im doing 40 minutes-5 days a week is that enough?? or should i add something more like weight training ??walking outdoor?? ...
