  • A millionth times a charm?

Okay, okay! I have done this so many times before and now its time for me to get serious! Yes, this time is going to be even harder than I have imagined. I have realized as of late that I've been eating the same foods every day and not getting anywhere with losing weight, like how I wanted to. Recently, I have found out that I'm allergic to Wheat. NO WONDER when I did this the first time the red bumps on my skin would disappear and my skin would look amazing and I lost so much weight too. I don't know why I have given up so many times before. But, if I can eat the same foods every day, then why can't I do this again? Well, I have decided that now is my chance. I hate weighing the weight that I weigh and I hate my own body. I don't want to gain any more weight. I want to look sexy and slim and be confident in myself.

The reason why this is going to be immensely hard is because the dear boyfriend is a Vegetarian and he's a complete *** about me eating meat. But I think we have come to a deal about it and he won't act like an *** to me about it anymore, or at least try to.

Well, here is to day one being finished! I know the inns and outs of this diet just like I know the back of my hand fairly well. And diet? What, no way! It's a way of life. I need to start thinking that! So if anyone wants to join me on this journey, give me a message or something. I need all the motivation that I can get.

Dont worry..this is my third. I was doing just fine until i moved from Japan (ia had been on atkins for four months), all the emotional distress made me fall off the wagon. I tried again in november and i couldnt. So i decided it was enough when my weight crept up on me. Also i was diagnosed with dysthimia on july of last year. So that explains why i had a weight problem for the last 10 years.

Im not gonna lie im terrified of diabetes...and i want to lose the pounds i had lost. I dont want to crave carbs...and as of right now i have a headache . But my fridge is carb free!!.

You can do it Lena May!:..so can I!

Oooh! I'm a bit jealous that you lived in Japan! I would love to live there some day in my life, no matter what it takes. I find their culture quite beautiful and the people are very respectable. <3 One day I will be there.

And I'm sorry about the diagnoses, that must be quite difficult to have to deal with that.

My fridge isn't carb free since I live with 3 other people in an apartment, including the boyfriend who is a vegetarian. Ugh, so hard, but it's something I deal with every day! I'm forcing myself to eat low carb now and its quite easy at the moment, I made some amazing marinated salmon, delicious!

And yes, we can do it! Huzzah!

You can do it. Many people have started just where you are and made it. Glad to hear that your boyfriend and you compromised. Good thing you figured out that wheat is a problem that should really help you feel better as you start the new way of life journey.
