Is it normal to have muscles aches during induction? I find my hip/thighs are a little sore since I started and it isnt due to exercising cuz I havent really worked out.

It is probably "Induction flu". Taking your multivitamins and drinking plenty of water should help. If things get worse than you are willing to stand, you can add another cup of vegetables until the symptoms go away. Dr. Atkins wrote you could also add 1-2 oz of nuts or seeds, but I would try veggies first, because many of us have an intolerance to nuts. I have also seen people on the Board who took Advil or other mild painkillers to deal with the symptoms.

My muscle aches go away as soon as I start on the multivitamin that has minerals in it...

I don't see any fat in your menu. We are supposed to use butter or an acceptable oil to add some fat into our diets. It helps you to feel fuller and more satisfied. I think the goal in fitday.com was 65% fat 30% protein and 5% carbs each day.

Good luck. Looks great other than lack of fat.
I will stay on my diet. I will get healthy and lose weight. There is nothing I could eat or drink that tastes as good as how I feel at this moment on this WOE ~ nothing!

Thanks for the advice. I did forget to mention that I added a little oil to the portabello mushroom before putting it in the oven. I try to add some oil or butter wherever I can but I will be more diligient about this.
