I'm almost done with induction, and it's gone well. This is my second (and last!) time around.
One of the things I had forgotten is how much fun it is to slowly see/feel my body change. When you're 240 like I was, you can't focus on what it will be like at the goal weight of 165. Rather, you need to remember that it's incredibly rewarding to see/feel all of the subtle changes during the weight loss process, such as the looser fitting clothes, the compliments, the "are you losing weight?" questions, and the general high energy feeling.
I offer this observation for those, like me, who were daunted with needing to lose a large amount of weight. I forgot how the small rewards during the process provide the motivation that I never thought I had. Think of it like you're trying to save $1,000 in your bank account for vacation. Every week you see a few more dollars in the account, you feel good even though the "goal" is sometime away.
