    Restarting atkins after 1 year.........

    Hello all today I decide to restart atkins its been exactly 1 year since I last started. Im happy to report that I was able to keep 30lbs off.So Im starting induction today I'm looking forward to hearing from you guys

    Started Atkins 3/25/2008 Restarted Induction 12/06/2009

    SW-263 lbs
    CW-240 lbs
    TW-190 lbs

    1st Goal-240 lbs MET 1/2/2010
    2nd Goal-215lbs
    Final Goal-190 lbs

    Welcome back to the Atkins WOE!!! I'm impressed you were able to keep your weight off - that's great.

    There is a STAC (second time around club) we have challenges and other forums here for health concerns, meal planning, just about any topic you can think of.
