    I'm on day 5 of Induction and have already reached my point of boredom. Does anybody have any ideas on what I can do to rev up my diet mentality and stick with this? I could use some words of wisdom, advice, etc...oh, and some good recipes, too.
    Being a mother is not an excuse to be frumpy!

    Here's a thread full of yummy Induction recipes. Do you have DANDR 2002 book. I find reading it keeps me inspired and on track. Also, maybe join some challenges here on the board. A great way to keep on track with exercise and meet new people with great support.
    Also looking through the before and after photos of members will help inspire you. It does me.

        Also, I wanted to mention that it's important to change your mindset by looking at this woe as a lifestyle and not a diet. That way your not focusing on a time-frame for losing because it's a healthy woe (way of eating) for life.
        One of my very favorite quotes is-
        "As long as you do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always gotten".
