ok there are a couple of things i need help with:
1st of all, i'm wondering if i am even going into ketosis,or if its purey water i'm losing. i cant buy the sticks because you cant buy them here in the uk anymore without a prescription.i do have bad breath,but no bad taste.i am thirsty alot,and drink lots of water daily.today i have a slight like itch in my throat,but its very slight,doesnt hurt or anything. i found out i'm not eating enough fat!!
i'm already on day 8,and if i've not been doing it right i'm gonna be so upset.i just find it so hard to eat high fat.i cant eat butter or cream.so i've been eating about 2oz of cheddar cheese.and from yesterday i've been eating more beef instead of chicken,as the fat content is way higher in beef.
so? how can i tell if i am in ketosis?
2nd of all, I AM CRAVING SOME ICE COLD ORANGE JUICE!!! its terrible,i cant stop thinking about ice cold juice,and grapes.
i was even thinking of coming off the diet as i'm happy so far with what i've ost, but then i was thinking what if i've only lost water and it will come straight back after eating a couple of fruit salads or something.
