  • Induction question?

    so i recently heard about the shirataki noodles, made entirely of fiber, no calories no carbs no anything. would they be legal for induction?

    Yes, if they are glucomannan noodles and don't have other stuff added to them (e.g. soy), they are allowed during Induction.

          Just a tip. It is best to keep the portions small or you might have some unpleasant bathroom issues from all that fiber.
