    louisiana the perfect hot sauce

    can i have this on my salmon?

    hot sauce ingredients:
    peppers, vinegar and salt. (seems ok to me but just want to be safe than sorry, i cant afford stalls or restarting ketosis)

    0 calories from carb

              Yes, this is perfectly "legal". However, be aware that if you are using more than one serving, you should no longer count it as zero carbs -- there are carbs, mainly coming from the peppers.

                  oh thanks for pointing that out, but its impossible for me to use more than one serving because even with one serving its realllllllllly hot
