Just have a quick question I am hoping to get some responses to. Last week was my first week of Induction, and though I found that I have incorporated some not so good things into my first week, I still happened to drop 3 pounds. This week, I am trying to move into another 2 weeks, but this time, ensuring that I am doing a clean induction.
Can anyone supply me with some ideas of "snacks" to have between meals? I can't seem to think of anything and there really isn't much help in the book when it comes to this. I've read through some other threads and some of you guys have mentioned celery sticks with cream cheese and of course pork rinds. Other than that, i'm fairly clueless. OH! There is also the great meat and cheese wraps which I love, and pickles... Wait a minute.. I'm naming a few now!
Any additional though is still greatly appreciated.
Lastly, I read in another thread about "No-Bake Cheesecake" being ok. Does anybody know about this?
