can you have the heavy cream and cream cheese? as long as you dont go over. I had a mock danish 2 oz cream cheese, 1 packet splenda, egg, and cinnamon, vinillia extract. And i want to drink a hot tea with 1 packet splenda and cream. can i do that?

Here is the list of foods acceptable during Induction:
You can eat anything on that list. Some of the foods are limited, but as long as you stay within the limits you are doing fine.
