    Hello everybody,

    I have other problem i am thinking about food all the time, about chocolate and pancakes аnd many many other stuff! I am not eating , but i really want it! And i think that i will make it, and i am not sore how to stop. Today is just a 4 day and I am 140 pounds, and i need motivation. Please help me!

    If you stick to eating on-plan foods and do not feed those cravings hopefully it won't be long before your body gives you a break and stops trying to tempt you

    Maybe if you make a list of the reasons you want to lose weight and have it with you to read when tempted it will remind you of why you decided to follow the Atkins way of eating?

      I had a bad day yesterday.. I ate great but I thought about sugary chocolaty food A LOT. The thing that really puts me into perspective is repeating my weight to myself... and it really turns me off the sweets!
      Started Atkins 4/7/09
      10lbs down!

        Look at a picture of a skinny person, or visulise what you want to look like...that's what I do.
        Starting Weight = 10st13lb - BMI = Overweight.
        First Goal = 9 and a half stone - BMI = Normal.

        Dissertation = 3,645/10,000 words.

          We had one member who said that if she did decide to eat off plan she had made herself a rule that she could eat it but had to do it naked in front of a full-length mirror!! The thought of that was enough to stop herself giving in to temptation
