Okay, this is officially day one for me. I've had 3 bottled waters so getting the water in good. My question is... can you have Sugar Free Jell-O and Sugar Free pudding on induction? What about Sugar Free Cool Whip?

nope and nope! its best to detox from sweets alltogether. you're allowed 3 packets of splenda a day, and to my knowledge, neither of those are made with it.

Sugar free does not mean Atkins friendly. You have to check the ingredient list always. When you do you will find that some of those products that we should not have on induction like milk products, starches, aspartame and HFCS (high fructose corn syrup).

Cool Whip is made of water, corn syrup and high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated coconut and palm kernel oil (CPKO), sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), vanilla extract, xanthan and guar gums, polysorbate 60 (glycosperse), and beta carotene

You can eat real cream whipped up though. You can have jello without aspartame.

Thanks, that helps a bunch. It's been a real arguement around my house about the aspartame. We're switching to Diet Rite for soda instead of Diet Pepsi. Anymore little tricks will help.
