Since they are not on the list of foods acceptable during Induction, it is better to wait until OWL before having them.

oh how i miss my pastas!
In my opinion, this is the main reason why you should not have them during Induction. One of the purposes of Induction is to

I like the noodles. The texture is kind of funky, but overall I enjoy them.

I made noodles from other 'legal' ingredients on induction.

You can use a veg peeler to make 'zoodles' from zucchini (courgettes) or make thin omelettes from eggs and cut them into thin noodle strips or cut thin strips from cabbage leaves then boil them till tender.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I read about zucchini noodles on two other forums yesterday and today.

Today I was out shopping and found a julienne peeler that makes perfect little julienne strips.

So I will try the zucchini noodles for dinner tomorrow!

Let us know how that works out Sunny.
I usually use spaghetti squash in place of noodles.

I often do the "thin omlette" thing too. Rolled up and sliced, it makes cool tagliatelle!
