    5 Days Into Induction

    I weighed myself this morning and I'm down 10lbs!! It feels great to be 10lbs lighter, healthier and much happier!

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

      Congratulations!! Today is my 5th day and I am down 5lbs.. which is amazing for me!!!
      Started Atkins 4/7/09
      10lbs down!

        Thanks!!! Congratulations to you. This is my 2nd time on Atkins. For some reason I'm losing more than the first time around.
