I was hoping that someone might be able to help me understand why I am in ketosis during the day and not when I first wake up in the morning?
Everything I am reading states that while sleeping your body is in ketosis burning body fat. But when I test in the morning I am not.
I am following rigidly but wondering what things might not be doing right?
I am losing weight...but have noticed that I am not hungry and have been eating far far less than I normally would.
Can too few calories cause this?
