How long does Induction last?

Speaking of induction...can anyone please tell me how long induction is supposed to last? I just began Atkins with my best friend, about 3 weeks ago. My first few days were almost unbearable, and my friends and co-workers wanted to kill me. I was going crazy without my sweets. Now I don't even think about sugar. I could use some hot chocolate though.

Induction lasts for 2 weeks... longer if you have a lot to lose... I miss my hot chocolate too!

As a former hypoglycemic, I can testify that since starting atkins my blood sugar never goes below 70 and I feel great!

I would just exercise as long as it feels good... your body will tell you if you are doing too much.
