  • So proud of myself!

    Hows it going! I am great. Besides kinda feeling weak and bloaty. I still feel great you know why???!! Because yesterday was Easter Sunday and I did not cheat! As much as I wanted to and as good as all the candy and all the food looked, I was able to be strong and not give in. Sorry! I know Im a loser for posting this but Im just so happy. Congrats to all the others who behaved well on their easter! woohoo! and if you didnt then who cares keep on truckin!
    I am now on my 8th day of induction, starting my 2nd week.Cheat Free!! I have yet 2 weigh myself. Im too scared too, I told myself I would weigh in after 2 weeks and also...TOM is here so i dont want to be discouraged because of cramping and extra water weight that i may see on the scale. anyways! im just here at work on my lunch break. cant wait to go home and work out!! woohoo! well. thanks for reading my completely piontless thread!! i know I am a dork! Goodluck to everyone!!!!

      Congrats! I know how you are feeling.. Aside from all the weight loss, one of the most rewarding things about this WOE, The control that I feel I possess for the first time in my adult life. I keep finding myself with constant food confrontations. And I keep passing with flying colors.. not only am i passing on all the temptations.. but, that "they" really are NOT all that tempting.. Isn't it great!? Thanks to ATKINS/ADBB!!!
