well thanks for all those that have help me to the 8th day. i feel good
still twicking the diet the cheese! still to much. but drinking only decaf coffee now and latte down to one instead of 3! i feel so much lighter and happy people are commenting that i'm looking slimmer i'm not weighing myself because you know when you look in the mirror and clothes and other people. i know the scales aren't yet going to tell me what i want to see so whats the point i feel great and losing
i think you have to find a why of eating that you will stick to for life the work diet makes it seem like its a short period of time to get weight off then what do you do! atkins for life :wave
yesterday ate 2 slices of cheese 1 slce of bacon 1 slice of chicken plus a little salad plus a decaf coffee (latte full fat mlik) i know bad!
then worked out 1 hour walk
small cheese selection plus decaf coffee with cream plus sweetner
then 2 pork chops fried with sunflower oil with salad yummie!
