Hey I just found out another plus of starting Atkins this week! THE supervisor's at my job are going to be on a 12 week program to lose weight. You are in groups of 3 and the group that loses the highest % of body weight gets $100 a piece :icondance !! Incentive Incentive!!

at my work the supervisors did a contest just like that. Most of them did the low fat thing. Only one did a low carb diet (said he was doing a combination of atkins & south beach - yeah I didn't get it either) but he was still deamed the biggest loser!F 24 5'10 SW - 217 GW 170 restarted atkins 1/14/08 - This time I'm sticking with it!
