I bought a couple of bags of cheddar cheese sticks. I put my name on them and put them in the fridge. Good thing because today someone brought coffee cake!! UGH.
I am proud of myself, I wasn't perfect but considerably better than the old carb queen of a few weeks ago.
Yesterday I had hardboiled egg, cheese stick (in car on way to NJ). I had steak over greens for lunch with a bit of bleu cheese dressing. For dinner I had chicken ceasar salad (but I succumbed to one glass of Chardonnay- ugh).
On to the next day right??
So far today I had scrambled eggs for breakfast and a piece of beef jerky for a snack. I already did 4 glasses of water (worked out for 45 minutes in hotel gym) and coffee (decaf) with cream.
