    Online Atkins resources???

    I am in my 2nd day of Atkins Induction. I live in China and do not have the books. I have 20 lbs I need to lose. I've not yet found the urine sticks to measure ketosis.

    Can anyone recommend an online site where I can get all the information I need.

    The ketosticks are not vital I feel - as I never saw a colour change on them even when I was losing at a great rate

      You have come across probably one of the BEST sites for information about Atkins....this one! Read up on all the "stickies" - they're full of useful info about how to do Atkins right.
