Re: 4 days in... 4lbs down
Keep up the good work
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

That's great! You might also want to take body measurements, so that when the scale stops cooperating you'll know whether you are still shrinking.

Re: 4 days in... 4lbs down
Wish I could say I had tips and tricks but the only thing I'm doing differently than the other times I was on Atkins is visit this board on a daily basis. The Before and After pics are very motivational.
I am being strict about the water drinking this time too. Because I live in Florida this is important on many level...so hot here. I make sure bare minimum I'm drinking 66 oz a day, but usually drink more...just out of pure thirst.
I did have a cheating moment, so confession time....I've told most people that I am low carbing...avoiding the donuts at work, they are huge on sweets there! My friends, hasn't been a problem when I go out with them...wings. But, when a guy I was interested in offered to cook me dinner...I wasn't going to seem picky...so you guessed it ....he's italian...he made pasta. So I ate large on the salad, small on the pasta.
But instead of saying the heck with it...I got right back on the wagon yesterday. We get back up when we fall down. Weigh in on Sunday.
