  • Is this okay to drink ?

    Im already drinking like 15 or so 16 oz glasses of water a day.
    But i need a little taste here and there in my drink.

    Here is a link to the product, it has zero carbs.

    Wild Berry Zinger® Herbal Tea | Celestial Seasonings

    The thing is in the list of ingredients it says

    Hibiscus, Rosehips, Roasted Chicory,Orange Peel,Blackberry leaves,
    Natural flavors of black rasberries , Strawberries,Blueberries,Red rasberries , ect............................................... ....

    But the Nutrition facts are 0 everything .

    I know we cant have any fruit or anything but this is an herbal tea no sugar no caffiene or anything ?

    That would be 'herb tea' and is allowed per page 128.

      definitely! Brew some up and enjoy with a little sweetener as iced tea!

          Thanks , just wanted to make sure because of the fruits used to brew the tea leaves, wanted to make sure I'm not breaking the fruit intake part of induction.

            This post was a lifesaver! I love to snack - even when I'm not hungry, and I'm trying to break the habit. I often just drink some water & think about something else & it goes away...but I wanted a snack SO BAD last night. I sincerely don't want to cheat on induction, or on breaking my bad eating habits. I had read this thread earlier and decided to try a cuppa. Worked really nicely for me. Thanks Ted for thinking of it & asking the question & Momtomany1 for confirming it is 'legal'
